You can ask any question you want as long as it is paid via the PayPal link.
Unfortunately, not all questions can have a valid answer that is guaranteed to solve your problem, and sometimes the answer may require more skill than you possess. We will make our best attempt at providing an answer that should solve your problem.
We will try to make the answer as non-technical as possible and provide as much information, screen prints, and possible scenarios.
After your initial answer you may email us as many times as you need provided it pertains to the original question and answer.
If a question is asked and we just have no clue we may ask for additional time to research or we will gladly refund your money (via PayPal).
If you are unable to resolve your problem via the answer we provided and you would then wish for an onsite service call we will credit the service call $13.50.
Under no condition are we liable for any advice given or action performed. You perform the advice at your own risk.
